It has been 11 years since I actually started celebrating this day. For most people of my age, it might seem kiddish to celebrate what is one of those numerous days the Western World invented. But for me, it is a reminder of a wh0le lot of eventful things that have happened over the last 11 years.
Though it started off as each of us tying a so called Friendship band to each other, it now bears more meaning and significance... This was the day we actually decided to stop fighting with a certain group during the school days, hence bringing to an end all the petty fights and quarrels... and hence may be grow up :). This was the day a couple of years later made us realize that no matter what we argue about, no matter what we seem to think about each other, the friendship that we share never ceases to exist... This has been the day that we remember each and every year just to remind ourselves that we are there for each other... And we have been for the last 11 years :)
This one goes to those people who have had to bear me for those 11 years... Who have actually made me realize what true friendship actually is...All I can say now is Thanks for just being there...!!!
